Shipping policy
Pre-orders
We can only ship orders in full, which means that your order will be shipped only after all of the products contained in it have been released, even if some of them are already in stock.
If you would prefer faster delivery of in stock products, we would recommend to place separate orders.
Please note that we will always reserve the products you have ordered to ensure they can be shipped together when all pre-orders have been released.
We always aim to ship orders early enough to reach their destination by the release date. However, due to potential delays from various factors such as customs processing which are out of our control, we cannot guarantee that delivery by the release date will always be possible.
Changes to your shipping address
To update the shipping address of your order, you must contact us and our support team will take care of the update.
Please note that although you can change address details from your account settings, these changes are meant for new orders and will not apply to existing orders —these will still be delivered to your old address, unless you contact our support team as instructed above.
PO Box & APO addresses
Please note that unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box and APO addresses..

We offer FREE shipping options for every country in our delivery network, subject to the total order value.
After adding the products to the basket, you can use the shipping calculator on the cart page to check the shipping costs without having to checkout first.
We constantly aim to increase our delivery network; if you don't see your country in the sections below, please contact us and we will try to make it happen.
UK
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over £29.95 (some exceptions apply, see below for details), while a Next Day Delivery option is available for £4.99.
Please note that due to their size and weight, all Evercade console bundles are excluded from the above rates and they have a shipping cost of £4.99.
Please also note that the cut-off time for next day delivery is at 3pm on working days.
Our standard delivery option is a tracked service via Royal Mail. The next day delivery option is a tracked service via either Royal Mail, or DPD.
Canada and Rest of the World
Please note that since duties and taxes are at the discretion of the customs office within the destination country, Funstock is unable to include duties and/or taxes in the shipping price. Therefore, any additional duties and/or taxes accrued from customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over £99.95; for orders under this value, please see the table below. Please note that there is a minimum order value of £29.95.

Please note that due to their size and weight, all Evercade console bundles are excluded from the above table and they have a shipping cost of £14.99; similarly, the Evercade Alpha will have a shipping cost of £39.99 for the Rest of the World. The UK will be free delivery.
We aim to ship all of the orders using a tracked service operated via Royal Mail; on certain occasions, DPD or DHL might be used.
If a tracked service is not available for your country we will still cover missing orders, but you will be required to wait until the full shipping waiting period set from the carrier before we send a replacement item — this can be as long as 30 days or more for some countries.
