These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from the Funstock website. Funstock is operated by Funstock Distribution Ltd.

By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Ordering
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised.
All products are offered subject to availability. In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to stock errors, pricing mistakes, or supplier issues. A full refund will always be provided if this occurs. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer on collectable or limited-edition products. Orders placed using bots, duplicate accounts or with the intention of resale may be cancelled. Pre-Orders Many items sold on Funstock are produced in manufacturing batches. •Release dates are estimates and may change
•Delays can occur due to manufacturing, licensing approvals, or shipping •Payment is taken at the time of ordering unless otherwise stated •Customers may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a refund. Please note that if goods have already shipped this may not be possible •If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the shipment until all items are available. Release dates are estimates and may change Pricing & Taxes UK prices include VAT. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or handling charges applied by their country. These are not controlled by Funstock. Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider. Shipping & Delivery Dispatch times and delivery times are different: •Dispatch time: when we send your order
•Delivery time: how long the courier takes Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. We will always assist with investigations, but delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage may be required to resend it. Lost parcels will be investigated with the courier before refunds or replacements are issued. Faulty or Damaged Goods If your item arrives damaged or faulty: •Contact us within 30 days of delivery
